The scope of each project will be outlined in a proposal, agreement, invoice, or written communication.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information
Supply necessary content, images, and login credentials when required
Respond to requests and feedback in a timely manner
Review project deliverables promptly
Delays in communication or content delivery may impact project timelines.
All payments are due according to the agreed proposal or invoice.
Unless otherwise stated:
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
Final files, websites, or access credentials may be withheld until payment is received in full
Late payments may delay project completion
Reasonable revisions are included according to the selected package or agreement.
Additional revisions or requests beyond the original project scope may incur additional charges.
Upon full payment:
The client owns the website content provided by them
The client receives ownership of the completed website files where applicable
Third-party services, subscriptions, themes, plugins, hosting, domain registrations, IDX providers, or software licenses remain subject to their respective providers’ terms

Hosting Companies
Domain Registrars

Codreox is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
While we follow industry best practices for search engine optimization, we do not guarantee:
Specific keyword rankings
First-page Google placement
Traffic increases
Lead volume
Search engine rankings depend on numerous factors outside our control.
Support periods are provided according to the selected package.
After the included support period ends, additional support may be available through a separate maintenance agreement or hourly rate.
Codreox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.
All original designs, code, graphics, and content created by Codreox remain the property of Codreox until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party may terminate a project or service arrangement at any time through written notice.
Any completed work and outstanding invoices remain payable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
